Balance changes for the ch2 dungeon.

• Increased the amount of antidotes you can get from Itsu's field alchemy from 1 to 3.
• Added an NPC in E. Market District in front of the General Goods store to serve as a helpful tip to players that they might want to buy some antidotes while they have the chance.
• Fishing Minigame is now available in the main story.
• The final segment of Ch2 is complete, along with a small rest area at the end.
• Boss battle marking the transition from ch2 to ch3 is ready to play, though progress currently ends after that battle. Saves made beyond this point will likely be unstable or unplayable in future updates.
