Version A009R3

Progress, yet more progress, on chapter 3. The dungeon is finally starting to take its final shape, and there's only a few rooms left before we can all be rid of this dreary place.

All Chapters:

• Adjusted the prices of various items.
• Adjusted drop rates to include some gemstone items.

Chapter 3:

• Fixed an oversight where the pickaxe key item was never actually added to the player inventory. Whoops!
• A new rest area is available in the dungeon, which offers useful items and equipment.
• Another new enemy has been added.
• Playable area has been expanded yet again.
